黑色水 泥胶结材料光学特性及力学性能试验研究

    摘要:研究了 炭黑粉和氧化铁粉作为黑色水泥胶结材料着色剂的着色机理,并通过 配制不同掺量着色剂的试件进行光学、力学性能试验。结果表明:2种着色 剂的着色性能随其掺量的增加先快速提高,当着色剂掺量大于5%时,提高较慢;对于抗折及抗压强度,随着炭 黑粉掺量的增加,先小幅 提高后逐步降低,在1%掺量时达到峰值;而随着 氧化铁粉掺量的增加,强度先逐渐降低,在5%掺量时达到最低,然后缓慢提高。氧化铁粉着色稳定,致密性好,内外部均匀,但对强度有一定削弱,适用于对着色要求高、而对强 度要求一般的工程;炭黑粉 有一定的增强作用,稳定性及致密性一般,适用于 对强度要求高的抗压抗折构件。

Experimental study on optical properties and mechanical properties of black cementitious materials

    Abstract:This paper first points out the coloring mechanism of carbon black powder and iron oxide powder,and conducts optical and mechanical properties tests by preparing test pieces with different dosages. The results show that the coloring properties of the two colorants increase rapidly with the increase of the dosage. When the dosage is more than 5%,the growth is slower; for the flexural and compressive strength,as the carbon black powder content increases,it increases slightly and then gradually decreases,reaching a peak at 1% dosage; With the increase of the iron oxide powder content,the strength is gradually reduced first,reaching a very low point at 5% dosage,and then slowly increasing. The iron oxide powder has stable coloration,good compactness,uniform inside and outside,but has certain weakening effect on the strength. It is suitable for engineering with high requirements on coloring and general requirements for strength; while carbon black powder has certain strength enhancement,whole the stability and compactness are general,which is suitable for pressure-resistant and anti-friction members with high strength requirements.
