保水型 聚羧酸减水剂的制备及性能研究

    摘要:采用磺 胺与不饱和酸进行酰化反应,得到具有苯环、酰胺、磺酰胺的酰化单体(D1),再与不 饱和羧酸酯及不饱和聚醚在复合引发体系下共聚制得保水型聚羧酸减水剂(PA)。试验结果表明:PA的最佳配方为:m(TPEG)∶m(AA)∶m(HEA)∶m(MPA)∶m(D1)∶m(H2O2)∶m(Vc+P1)=100∶10∶10∶0.4∶9∶1∶0.5;与市售同类产品(PC)相比,PA具有更高的保水性,能够有 效锁住混凝土中的水分,改善滞后泌水现象,保坍性能好。

Preparation and properties of water-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:In this study,the acylated monomers(D1) with benzene ring,amide and sulfonamide was obtained by acylation with sulfonamide and unsaturated acid. Then,a water-retaining polycarboxylic plasticizer(PA) was prepared by copolymerization with a-cylated monomers(D1),unsaturated carboxylic acid ester and unsaturated polyether in a composite initiator system. And the best synthetic formula was m(TPEG)∶m(AA)∶m(HEA)∶m(MPA)∶m(D1)∶m(H2O2)∶m(Vc+P1)=100∶10∶10∶0.4∶9∶1∶0.5. The test results show that water-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PA) has higher water holding capacity,can effectively lock the water content in concrete,effectively improve the phenomenon of backwardness bleeding,and has good slump retention performance compared with the commercial polycarboxylate water reducer(PC).
